Snow Chains 2000 Cherokee Sport 2WD?
Does anyone know about snow chains for a 2000 Cherokee Sport (the 4.0
2WD Freedom model)? I've heard they're very difficult to find. I'd
prefer to just walk in to Pep Boys or a local dealer rather than order
online of possible. BTW, I'm in Southern California.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!

If your purpose is 'daily driving' with chains, consider cable chains -
available everywhere (where is snows). Can run at faster speeds and
will last longer on 'dry' pavement. They're bettter on hard-pack and
ice but not as good in the axle deep stuff.
If you need a 'heavy lug' chain set and cant find the exact size, buy
the next larger size and a 'chain' tool (specialty pliers) and and make
your own sizing adjustments.
