Re: short question
From my two years in the ARMY, and knowing what the GIs can do with
the nomenclatures, I prefer to believe we name the little truck, kind of
like we effectionally named the Huey during my era.

I agree. I think it was a little of both. The word 'jeep' already
existed and to move from GP to jeep isn't too far fetched.

I agree. I think it was a little of both. The word 'jeep' already
existed and to move from GP to jeep isn't too far fetched.
