Is this a good idea on a 95 wrangle with 5 inches of lift?

what kit would you use? bolt on or weld?

I vote against it. The shackle rides much nicer on the street, if you
can stand the front end bottoming on braking. Off road the springs bend
easier, usually pulling the driveshaft apart:

Stay away from a shackle reversal on a YJ. You'll damage your springs much
easier off road. If you are looking for more flex, longer than stock
shackles will help. BAD IDEA.

Stay away from a shackle reversal on a YJ. You'll damage your springs much
easier off road. If you are looking for more flex, longer than stock
shackles will help. BAD IDEA.
