How can you tell if its the o-ring or the injector?

Pull the electrical plug. If the socket/plug are wet inside, bet on a
leak there. All 3 I've changed were leaking around that connector.
BTW, did you notice where the leaked gas goes? Yep, right down on the
exhaust...
