Mike, I just took you some new pix. Some only have to do with the ground
problem because it was part of my path..

If the Running Lights are on, and the brakes are applied, the Running Lights
turn off on ONE side.
He SAID the brake light goes off, but technically the running light is the
one that goes out. What really happens is that the light that is already on
goes off.

turn off on ONE side.

Yup, like I said at the outset...classic symptoms of a bad ground. No
matter how the tail lamp assembly is grounded...right now, it isn't.
