YES! I had high hopes Powell would be a decent American and that
there was a future for him. Not anymore. The stuff I've read
about the Department of State is a disgrace.

The failings on the ground in Iraq have been attributed to Rummy
very often. Given the liberal media bias, I haven't thought much
of the accusations; after all, he's not there giving the orders.

But this nonsense about not attacking mosques with a bunch of
terrorists holed up inside is ludicrous. I hear that policy seems
to have been dispensed with; a couple mosques have been knocked
down in Fallujah recently.

Anyway, I'm still on the fence about Rummy. I like his no-nonsense,
straightforward approach to taking out the bad guys. If he is indeed
ultimately responsible for unnecessary American deaths and he has
been holding our troops back from doing their job, then he has to
go.
