I guess Lunati and all of the other aftermarket crank manufacturers have

The bigger the radius, the more area to absorbs stresses. not a regrind. So like I said, go look in the book that crankshaft grinders use. You'll be surprised, and more surprised at what they use for gauges to check the stones when they dress them.
