I would go in for another set of axle seals, they're probably the same as the regular seals. then repack and set the bearing up correctly. In the conversation kit: http://www.tellico4x4.com/images/omix/WARNAXLECONV.jpg there's nothing permeate, looks like all you have to do is pull the spindles and slip an axle in with the stock semi floater, race and retainer. Maybe find some stock length bolts for the backing plate.
