In '99 the Jeep next to mine on the lot (TJ Sport, too) had no carpet.
Maybe it was a custom order.

Mine was a custom order. Maybe the carpet was just removed.

Between my dog, the corral, and the muddy snow I tracked in, I
couldn't agree more! Man, I would hate to get in this thing on a hot
summer day - it's hard enough to breathe as it is!
