Pwer Steering Fluid Leak
Hi All...
I seem to be leaking Power Steering Fluid. I checked it earlier and the
dipstick is not even wet. However, I cannot find the leak.
Should I refill it and try looking for the leak again, or is there a more
effective way to determine where the leak is?

Re: Pwer Steering Fluid Leak
That's why we have a dip stick on the end of the cap, usually with
every lube it will take a little and it will be a little, nothing on the
stick probably means you're about an ounce low. Use only power steering
fluid, not automatic fluid like in the old day that now foams with
today's pressures.

Re: Pwer Steering Fluid Leak
Fill it and watch is all I can think of. A good coat of dried mud or
dust will show up a leak faster. ;-)

Re: Pwer Steering Fluid Leak
There is no place for it to leak and not see it. Fill it up and watch the
ground where you park it.
