Well - I did stretch it a tad: 44,782 miles. Rotated several times, but not
on a fanatical schedule. No off-road trail riding since 2001. All highway
miles, etc. And not down to the cords either - wear bars visible but not
"baloney skins".

: So you went to a 30" with out a lift kit?
: I think my TJ cam with 30" stock...
****30" is an option on most TJ's
:
: I'm now to this so please help me out?
****They were installed on an XJ (Cherokee)... not as foregiving for larger
tires.
:
: Did these fit on your stock wheels?
****Yes, a 9.5" tire will fit anywhere from a 6" rim to an 8" rim without
looking silly.
:
: What would it take to eliminate the rubbing?
****Shim the steering stops with a washer... located on the lower inside of
the steering knuckle.

The factory option called "UpCountry" is generally considered a 1" lift.
> I think my TJ cam with 30" stock...
This was an XJ - also known as the "Cherokee". The one replaced by the
Liberty.
> Did these fit on your stock wheels?
Yes - put them on the stock rims that came with the Sport model.
> What would it take to eliminate the rubbing?
As others have noticed - stepping out the stop blocks by putting some
washers behind them. But this stops the rubbing by limiting the turning
radius. You can do the same thing by not turning the steering wheel as hard.
Other approaches would be trimming body work, going up higher (more lift).
