Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. I just remembered the seller telling
me that he had bigger wheels/tires on them, then had to remove them to put
on his truck. He may have put the original tires and not aligned after
that.

You don't have to realign after a tire swap, but if he "unlifted" it,
you would need to reset the toe-in part of the alignment...which kinda
sounds like your problem.

You don't have to realign after a tire swap, but if he "unlifted" it,
