Mmmmm.....

Slow roasted for close to 7 hours with the marinade it was soaked in
overnight cooked down for sauce. The marinade was red wine vinegar,
lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and
oregano.

I wanted to cook 2 of them so everyone could have more than a tiny
taste, but the local town only had one in the grocery store. Next time.

It was kinda funny that the kids who were saying 'poor duckie' all day
barely left any bones of that carcass. LOL! I have never seen one
picked so clean.

That does sound like a fun idea.

I've got a tri tip recipe that is always asked for when we do an overnight trip.
Really easy too.
