Mike, I tried your Cinnamon Rolls recipe yesterday. Even though I used
margarine (no butter in the house <sigh>) and did not have enough cinnamon
they turned out pretty well....

I've been using one of Julia's duck recipes for years at
home...comes out
nice and crispy with no fat. I love the idea for camp
cooking tho.
