I've just put up an album on Webshots, mostly photos of my driver training,

Heh heh heh...looks like a designated dishwasher was needed,
or was having the racoon clean-up the idea?
A RAMJ+W offroad cookbook sounds like a great idea!

Mmmmm.....
Slow roasted for close to 7 hours with the marinade it was soaked in
overnight cooked down for sauce. The marinade was red wine vinegar,
lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and
oregano.
