Pep Boys for brake job?

Re: Pep Boys for brake job?
I used to do my own brake jobs (car and motorcycle drum brakes, motorcyle disk
brakes), but
my pads were shot and I wouldn't have time to work on my Jeep 'til this weekend
and I didn't think it could wait that long. I work 10 to 12 hours a day so I'm
not too fired up to work on my Jeep after work.

Hi Mike,
LOL. Reminds me of a picture I had take as a joke where I'm working
on my T-Bird with a Hammer and there's a pipe wrench in my left hand:

The "front end pliers" (giant channel locks) was the proper tool,
as I was taught.

In that case i would recommend having a shop of good reputation do the job.
A guy who went through trade school and earns a good living probably cares
more about his work than a $8.00 an hour guy who learned his trade in
prison.
I know one guy who makes a lot of money fixing Walmart mistakes, like
un-tightened oil plug engine rebuilds.

These leave marks also, but few guys except an alignment specialist buy a
