Oh yes! Absolutely; I always do. However, I always check where the
owner attached it, and won't pull them if I don't feel the owner chose
an appropriate attachment location. ;-)

I let them crawl in the mud, but check the attachment, I really dont want to
get whacked by a flying bumper.

I let them crawl in the mud, but check the attachment, I really dont want to

I told one guy not to attach it to the center of his bumper,
because it would pull it into a "V", he said it was OK, so I pulled it
into a "V".
