Why would you expect anything to change? The legislature passed
the bill, and Davis signed it. If Arnie wants it repealed, we would
have to get the legislature to pass a bill first, and that ain't gonna
happen. It's like Howard Dean, wanting to finance everything by
repealing Bush's tax cuts. How many democrats in the House
are going to go along with that?

Arine, is also saying he will tax the Indian casinos, which I
believe is voted on by the people of Kalyfornia and out of his hands,
but I've got a bad feeling about this, maybe Marie will join the Kennedy
women legacy.
