My cousin Eric was in Bosnia and as I recall his MOS was being shot at by
both sides while not being allowed to adequately or effectively respond
with overwhelming superior firepower.

Interestingly enough he told me many times that NO-ONE bothered the Russian
Peacekeepers as both the Bosnian and the Serbs had fifty years experience
with what happens when you attack Russian soldiers.
(They kill you, your wife, children, parents, brothers and sisters,
neighbors, and make a good dent in anyone you ever knew)

cleansing first hand".
