For those who don't know, start paying attention to the news. There is a
big bombshell waiting to go off. There is a big question in regards to the
Weap. of Mass. Guess what? The US has their info because we had a hand in
it. We gave Iraq the Tech. Years ago when Iraq and Iran had their war
dispute a very secret US company "Bechtel" was making their ground.
Halliburton is the same deal. Do you ever wonder why there was no bidding
on why the fuel for the military vehicles was in no question? All of a
sudden "Halliburton" is under pressure for over charging for fuel. This is

Of course, we know they have weapons of mass destruction, we sold
it to them, along with the gas like they used against the Curds. We just
can't find where it's hidden. It's only the bleeding heart liberal
Democrats that have their head in the sand, or just using it as a tool

Hell, I'm not defending anybody or anything and this is OT! BUT,
Look up LOGCAP while you're at it.
LOGCAP is the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program created by the
United States Army. It is a program that uses a competitive bidding
process to award a contract to a corporation to be on call to provide
whatever services the Army might need ... right then. Some brilliant
thinkers in the Army came to the conclusion that it might not be such
a swell idea to screw around with competitive bidding processes for
logistics and other services during wartime.
Halliburton won the competitive bidding process for LOGCAP in 1992.
They then lost that bidding process five years later in 1997. In
spite of the fact that Halliburton no longer held the LOGCAP contract,
Bill Clinton went ahead and awarded a no-bid contract to Halliburton
to do some work in the Balkans supporting U.S. peacekeeping actions.
Odd, isn't it. The same people who are screaming about Halliburton
right now had absolutely nothing .. nada .. nunca .. not one thing to
say about Halliburton when it was the Clinton Administration that was
handing out contracts .. with no bidding, by the way.

They may have overcharged the military though in the fuel they
provided but when they were aquiring that fuel, they had to buy it at
the height of the action in Iraq. From what I read, it looked worse
than it was because fuel prices dropped and seemed that they
overcharged the military.
To me it seems they did what the gas stations do here in the U.S. The
price at the pump is not what that gas cost them but what the "refill"
gas will cost them when they have to get more.
Besides this is all OT.
