Calgary, Alberta..pretty cold in the winter.
24X26 dettached. normal trusse design..not sure what you mean. 9ft walls,
16X8 door.

The floor drains are a great idea, but I bet the hazardous waste
people problem wouldn't permit a building permit even with traps. I know
many people that have had their sewers filled with cement after failing
an inspection, which makes it kind of tough in their bath rooms.
