In case you need directions.
This is a nice route... if you like driving you'll love the stretch from
Kamloops to Canmore.
Rogers Pass is fun to drive (halfway between Revelstoke and Golden BC.) Keep
an eye out in Golden for the Helicopter tour, north side past the truck
stop. I don't know if it's still there but I'd HIGHLY recommend taking time
out for that.
Watch out for that MOOSE!!! There will be lots of wildlife, keep yours eyes
on the road, not on the rocks and water. Lots of truck runoffs and scenic
lookouts if you should need to stretch your legs.
I can't think of anything breathtaking in Calgary but if you head 2 hours
north to Edmonton you can go here:
http://www.westedmall.com/home/default.asp - world's biggest mall; indoor
lake, waterpark, hotels, rides, submarine tour... all indoors.

Its the largest submarine fleet in Canada, has more operational subs then
the Canadian Forces thanks to the Liberals.
You'll love the water park and discover that there is no limit to how
prunish one can look when a whole day is spent in the park..lol
