I'm 59.8 and have been driving legally since the age of 12, so I
have more years at it than Mr. Bill. I also have been
driving legally on private ranch property since before the age
of twelve, which adds even more years. However, unlike Mr. Bill,
I am aware that none of this means diddly squat...and worse, that
self-righteous self-proclaimed older drivers are one of the worst
hazards on public roads which is why some states "suggest" the
self righteous old farts take mandatory defensive driving courses
as senility sets in between their asses and their ears.

Lon, you said: "Missing is the note that the system automatically shuts

Well I'm 61.114, and we all drove before we had a license, and I
too grew up on a ranch, where we burned road crisscrossing all over it,
this is my brother learning drive the Crosley:
http://www.----------.com/crosley.jpg Difference is I did posse an
unrestricted drive's license at fourteen. And it means a lot never
having an accident, something you obviously can't say.

NO SH*T SHERLOCK! How else do you think we can remotely control
hydraulic valves. Study this diagram:
http://www.----------.com/absdiagram.jpg so you too may have a vague
idea of what happens when it takes over your brakes in a panic.
