It was still an event in which many died. I was not comparing the two
as they are not comparable.
Living in NYC and seeing a plane hit one of the towers and knowing
people who died in those towers does make me overly sensitive to that
day. That will never change. That just the way it is. Most who live in
NYC and see an airliner in the sky always go back to that day.
One of my pals is a fireman who went down that day and many days later
and is still dealing with the horror of what he saw.
So when someone posts something even sarcastic about the day the hairs
on the back of my neck stand up and my blood boils.
And for the record I'm not a Bush backer.
