Thanks I already got the owners manual
But it's missing the information I'm looking
for. Says to refer to the shop manual which
happens to be 50 bucks here in Canada ouch.

If you believe the carburetor is the problem, then go ahead and buy
the kit, it will have all that information, instructions with it:

use a diaphragm that acts as a fuel injector that must be replaced in
about ten year periods.
