NV4500 & Hydraulic Clutch

When the clutch push rod rushes on the fork, how is it supposed to
connect TO the fork. Mine has two holes in it and the push rod goes
right through. Aren't I supposed to have some kind of "shoe" or dimpled
dish-like thing in the fork for the rod to push on?

Re: NV4500 & Hydraulic Clutch

You must have bought the Jeep in pieces, because it's fork is for
mechanical linkage:
http://home.fnbnet.net/~moomesa/Asse...%20overall.JPG It wouldn't
take much yankee ingenuity to make it work, though. Just make a bracket
to fit the holes of number 27 at: http://www.----------.com/clutch/ to
fit the slave to, and adapter a sleeve thingie to go between the slave's
push rod and fork.

The problem is between #23 and #12

The shaft coming out of the slave cylinder is too small for the holes in
the fork.

The NV4500 came from Nova Scotia, I had it shipped to Texas, so yes I
bought the Jeep in pieces. The slave came from Advanced adapters so did
the bell housing.

Remember that box of trash you threw away, the one with number
twenty in it? ;-) Give Advanced Adapters a call:
