RE5515. Comes with shims, but no shackles. A friend told me something about
possibly needing angle shackles because the springs are "full military
wrap"?

You should be able to run 33s no problem with the RE 4" kit. With the RE
4.5" kit (has 1" longer shackles) and TJ flares I ran 35s fine without a
body lift. I finally added a Mountain Off Road 1" body lift and now have
enough clearance to run 37s.
