Re: New, larger tires...
Thanks for the input. Again, I keep hearing great things about them
but the price... ohhh the price! Maybe there'll be a good sale but I
don't think it'll beat the price I can get on the BFG AT KO's. My TJ
is my DD too and although I don't care if it's dirty, I'm not about to
try anything extreme until it reaches "toy" status (e.g. PAID for). I
HAVE been hinting to wifey about a 2" BB though. She's warming up but
still has reservations. I said "hey with a 2" lift, I won't even have
to change the pittman arm or drop the t'case". She said, "great! what
the f*&% is that?" I said "about $300 more! It's all about
perspective!! 8^)

I found a great price on them at a local Firestone shop and they ended up
being cheaper than I could get the BFG AT KOs. I don't think you can go
wrong either way... I've heard good things about both.

I talked her into the 2"BB earlier this year... she was afraid of it being
too "redneck", but w/ the 2" lift and 31s, it really puts the tires back
into perspective and looks stock unless it's sitting next to an unlifted one
w/ 30s or smaller.
