I found a shop in my town that sells new
plastic tank radiators for just a little over $100...

Not sure of your budget, but in my estimation,
a $100 radiator is cheap. Don't let the dealership

I have seen several epoxies specific for that. One is a welding
compound you need to cut a V notch for and torch. I used it once and it
worked long enough to sell it. The fix was obvious so the new $50.00
owner knew.

You really don't want the side reservoir under pressure, convert to
a recovery reservoir like all new cars manufacturers still use. That POS
is probably the major reason Renault went under.

a recovery reservoir like all new cars manufacturers still use. That POS
is probably the major reason Renault went under.
