What you have was sold as an after market AM/FM antenna, never was
it sold on a new car. To my amazement it's still sold:
http://www.ccrane.com/full_replacement_auto_antenna.asp But I'd just go
down and buy the ten dollar one out of any auto parts store.

The dude at the dealer parts store told me it was original though. I wasn't
too sure about that myself.
But $45! Maybe somebody else can find one that is cheaper?
