Stripped a screw trying to take the cover off then it started raining...
just my luck. Back at it tomorrow...

Any motor vehicle, model year 1975 and newer, registered in these
nine counties must pass an annual emissions inspection: Cabarrus,
Durham, Forsyth, Gaston, Guilford, Mecklenburg, Orange, Union, and Wake:
