make TJ rear washer pump work when top is off

Is there a way to make the rear washer pump work when the hardtop is
off? I would assume there is a jumper in the electrical connection
when it is connected to the hardtop, so what lines do I need to jump
together?

Haven't had a chance to look but I have read that both washer pumps
were on the tank under the hood. Is this not the case? By the way
what is AFAIK?
