i've got a magnetic holder for my 4 d cell mag light, and I just stick it
to the tub wall to the left of my seat.

This is for the ZJ, but all it took was some lexan and a bit
of work with a dremel and some heat.

but provide a wrap that sorta clips around the flashlight
with tabs front and back to keep the maglight from sliding out.
