Sounds normal for a four cylinder to me, at least from what my
Brother-in-law says his top speed was 95 MPH with stock tires and 75

Nope, this is different. I've ran these tires before (for an entire year --
just changed them out with a smaller set for a few long road trips I had to
take). Seems like a loss-of-power issue and is somewhat sporratic..
