The more I think about it, the more I think I'll just ditch them unless
someone returns some of my Jeep karma and gives me a set.

I dunno man... I actually thought about that last night to be honest,
and didn't come up with an alternative. Other than no fog lights.
There doesn't seem to be a practical way to protect them down there on
the bumper, and if mounted higher, cease to be fog lights.
