All you're going to do is screw up the handling of the vehicle, put
excessive stress on the bearings and get problems with the wheels rubbing
the fenderwells.
For a very cool look, see if you can pick up a set of the 16" Rubicon
wheels. A lot of folks are taking them off when upgrading their Rubicon
suspension and they'll bolt right on. Might even be able to get the Rubicon
MTRs as well. A local guy has done this and it looks great.
