if the gasket is of a rubber type material and has a steel sleeve were each pan
bolt goes then it is a reusable gasket good for 3 takes off before it needs replacing Gary wrote: > Explain "reusable gasket" > "Carl S" <carlsaiyed@REMOVE.hotmail.com> wrote in message > news:beWdnVQHBf0KDH7YnZ2dnUVZ_uOmnZ2d@comcast.com. .. > > If ANY of the RTV breaks off it can wreak havoc on the inside of an auto > > trans. Re: Liberty trans gasket
carl you may be a nice guy and i mean no disrespect but your advice is
incorrect there is a ton of cars with reusable trans pan gaskets like some ford trucks and mercury grand marquies are the first ones that come to mind most of the rear wheel drive vehicles have them and most of the dc front wheel drive cars are siliconed together i work on more cars in a week than u will in a month and that includes trans work Carl S wrote: > I dont think a trans pan gasket is resuseable.
