Thanks Tim, and thanks for the tips on photos. I'm in the same boat
with the wife in regard to CJs - somedays I'm a hero, somedays I'm a
goat. This weekend I'm super-goat as I try to replace that master
cylinder and fix the leaky differential...one day she'll appreciate
the Scrambler...

goat. This weekend I'm super-goat as I try to replace that master

Somedays you're a hero... the Jeep may not be the reason.
Other days you're a goat... again... it may not be the Jeep's fault.
Have ANY of you guys ever thought that the reason your wife gets mad about
your Jeep, is because she is feeling like she is playing second fiddle to
it?
Women are weird that way if they aren't into stuff like that.
Here's what I suggest.
Next time she's cranky and directs it at your beloved Jeep, swoop her up,
smooch her all over, drag her off for a nooner, out to dinner, back down the
hall again for some more *ehm* lovin and pester her until she BEGS you to go
out and work on your Jeep so she can have some peace and quiet.
She's simply feeling neglected, that's all. Maybe there is some sort of a
honey-do that she thinks need to be done more than the Jeep needs to be
fixed. Yea, honey-dos suck, but hey, if one will get her off your back for
awhile, what the hell, bite the bullet.
Luckily, I'm the one with the Jeep habit around here.... I try to do the
same thing to get hubs started on my projects.
So... any advice on how to get him started on that front bumper? I've
already tried all of the above.... doesn't seem to work on men. LOL

Dinner???? There goes the front shocks down the drain. And all that
time??? The wheel bearings could be repacked in that time. Women are so
demanding! :-)
