Right now I have a vertical crack just about in the middle, that's been
there more than a year. I am scared if I get a new windshield, I will get a
stone bruise in it the same week.

Re: Just bought a 95 YJ, how much is a windshield
Tell me about it, got a new one in the Cherokee and it got a silver
dollar sized smash with cracks on the first trip with it a week later.
The 'fix it' place did their magic on that mash star and it has held for
6 years or so. Meanwhile the other small dings have ------ so we need a
new one. Got a new Jeep instead to put on the road.
