Jeep Magazine
I just received the current issue of "Jeep" magazine in the mail
direct from Chrysler Co. Here are some of the handy "off-roading"
tips mentioned in the magazine. I thought you guys would get a kick
out of these:
1) Be sure to have your Jeep inspected by your local dealer before and
after taking it off-road.
2) An important part of the Jeep Lifestyle is the "Jeep Wave." There
are special waves for Libby and GC owners! Chrysler maintains a full
reference of jeep wave disagrams at thejeepwave.com
3) Essential off-roading accessories available from Mopar: Car cover,
off-road lights, bra, leather driving gloves, Jeep T-shirt.
4) All new Jeep models in the '04 model year (including, presumably,
the KJ,) will have a special "off-road tested" nameplate badge bolted
on, verifying that they have been certified as Rubicon ready.
Also, there are several photos of bone stock TJs scaling Hell's
Revenge and other tough trails at Moab. (Maybe they airlifted them in
there with a helicopter?)

Were those "tips" supposed to be funny or were they really serious?
Maybe they were just trying to be "cute"?

Nah...I think that they are making fun at every serious jeeper and everyone
in this group. If they were sincere and respected their customers, they
would not publish such nonsense.
