According to my headlight post mortem, the compound I buffed with just
removed the outer bit of opaque plastic. At first, it's only opaque on the
outside surface. Later, the UV light reaches deeper and you are outta luck.

Hi Earle,
Thanks for filling me in. I still haven't figured out what you're
doing, must be a class in something. I would consider it a prison
sentence, like when I was in the ARMY, stationed in Germany.
