You don't think a well-placed rock will spin the wheel around, even with
power steering? Suprising. Re: Jeep Front End Question/ 2000 JGC + Bonus Question!!
Bill, are you implying a stock TJ power steering system uses hydraulic rams for power assistance? You are misinformed. Re: Jeep Front End Question/ 2000 JGC + Bonus Question!!
I'll break a steering knuckle, and have, before it puts any more
than a couple of pounds twist at my Bronco's steering wheel. You must move the hydraulic fluid from one side of the piston to the other through the spool valves. You may feel that resistance in yours by turning it lock to lock with the engine off. So you see it's not going to happen with any speed. Plus you're running centered wheels, unless you've switched to tens with less than three inch backspace, like me: http://www.----------.com/97TJpowersteering.pdf God Bless America, Bill O|||||||O mailto:-------------------- http://www.----------.com/46jeep.jpg Matt Macchiarolo wrote: > > You don't think a well-placed rock will spin the wheel around, even with > power steering?
