It's ridiculous to suggest that Kerry would raise taxes except to roll
back the tax cuts Bush targeted toward his wealthy supporters. On the
other hand, Bush has increased the deficit to historic highs; he has
taken the unprecedented step of cutting taxes during war-time, when we
need *more* money, not less.

Keep in mind, too, that the Republicans, with all their dishonest
--------, actually claim Kerry "increased taxes" when all he really did
was refuse to lower them. In other words, Kerry hoped to avoid the
deficits so the Republicans claim he was raising taxes, which was a
lie.
