Nope, not a lawyer, just someone who made something of themselves
without relying on corrupt groups. I was part of a union once. I was
forced to join when I had no need for them at all. Making minimum wage
and they took a good percentage of that for NOTHING back to me.

Unions were "useful" once. Not so much anymore.

Nope, not a lawyer, just someone who made something of themselves
without relying on corrupt groups. I was part of a union once. I was
forced to join when I had no need for them at all. Making minimum wage
and they took a good percentage of that for NOTHING back to me.

What about the SoCal supermarket strike? The union stood up the management's
great idea to make supermarket employees pay for their health benefits (while
management still gets it for free). Without the union, these people would have
been screwed.

I have heard similar stories about unions that were "do nothings" for their
members. But the above story makes me beleive unions still make a difference
for some people.

great idea to make supermarket employees pay for their health benefits (while
management still gets it for free). Without the union, these people would have
