Some people can't ignore other people; it is for them that killfiles
make the most sense. There's nothing wrong with using them if you can't
stop yourself from responding.

If it were his own shoes, no one would care. The problem is that Bill
is pissing on EVERYONE's shoes and doesn't give a damn. That's the real
issue.
