But seriously, you have a few things on your side.. 4:1, lockers, auto,
stock height. It should be a breeze. That hill is short enough that you'd be
hard pressed to get into too much trouble... pick your line and stick to
it... if things get ugly slam it in reverse and back down. Don't try to
change your line half way... that's when the trouble starts.
If you really want to raise some eyebrows, back up the hill... avoid any
wheel hop or you'll break something... if you have to bail out, slam it in
1st and drive down. Either way your spectators will wonder how you stuff
those massive ***** of steel in your pants! I love doing that... met up with
a guy in his x-terra contemplating a steep straight hill. I was lucky enough
to make it up on a nice controlled crawl. Not sure if it was as steep as
your hill but it was a fair bit longer. I was giggling all the way up.
