High revs when first starting, 90yj

High revs when first starting, 90yj
now when this thing does start, i peiodicaly am geting very high
revs, hitting the throttle does not kick it down,
25-3000 rpm,
then it will eventualy slow down, 30-40 secs,
,
this goes with all my other crap going on,

It's the step motor that's doing that, maybe cleaning it and the
Throttle Position Sensor will fix it:

It's the step motor that's doing that, maybe cleaning it and the
Throttle Position Sensor will fix it:

Naw, his computer is having brain farts because all the power just died
due to the dead negative cable connection at the block. Every time it
arcs out, it forgets how to idle.
