Thinkin about Herculine for the inside of my TJ, pulled up the carpet and
there is some surface rust on the floor, pretty scattered and especially
near the drain plugs...whats the best way to handle that? grind it off? is
there a product good for neutralizing and protecting in one step? thanks for
any help................

 

Power wire brush, spray on rust converter, after it all dries, clean with
TSP, let dry, and then follow the directions on the can. You can get three
coats out of one can.
