Help with hood removal
Help! Can seem to get the tork bolts out to remove my hood.
I have removed the paint that cover the bolts. Sprayed liberally and still
broke my tork socket! I must be forgetting something. Should I just go to
drilling them out?
I have a 93 YJ.and trying to start a rebuild!!

Re: Help with hood removal
Should come out with no problem. Nothing special to removing them. Try
soaking them down with PB Blaster from under the hood and let them sit for a
few hours or days whichever you prefer. If that don't work, then you have
no choice but to drill them out.
