Common problem it seems.

Checked the fuses?

Easiest way to check the motor is hook it up to 12V or drop it out
and see how easily the cage moves. Sometimes bits of the rubber
seals gets into the fan and causes so much of a pull it blows the
resistor pack.

Thanks for all the help!! The new resistor I bought off ebay fixed
part of it!!!!! Now I have A/C on 1 2 and 3 on the knob/dial ....
Which is great..!!!!!!

But 4 the highest level still does not work.? Strange ....
When I turn the level knob up to 4 everything just cuts off? Does
anyone know what I might need to do to resolve this?

That is the direct connect relay in the Power Distribution Center box by
